Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags/seals intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@shakenbeauty.eu.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees & Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

  • Change of Mind / Customer Preference: For standard returns or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (or the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your total refund).

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@shakenbeauty.eu if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and personal care products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in its original condition, unopened/unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
